My Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness kicked my butt today!! He thinks I'm insane for working out with him and training for a marathon at the same time. I think it's a good challenge for me. He told me to eat very lean several times a day and to rest a lot.
He's always amazed at how strong I am. I have a lot of endurance and don't like to look like a fool at the gym.
One thing he makes me do is a lot of squats. I HATE sticking my butt out and doing squats. It's embarrassing to me. I'm very shy. That's something people don't realize about me, but I am very shy and don't like to so certain things in front of people.
I'll be seeing my trainer on Thursday and will be working out tomorrow on my own!!

I have raised $25.00 of my $2,000 goal so far. I only have $1,975.00 to go!! Whoo Hoo
